Much more than a sun-drenched terrace perched above the Calanques, the Bikini offers its guests a new, even more accomplished menu, for tasty lunches and unforgettable sunset dinners. All served with a slightly more pronounced Italian accent
The work of the Ateliers Laissez Passer, a unique piece that converts an old boat hull into a counter, revalues waste and materials from the autonomous port of Marseille, in a reasoned and sustainable scenography. For this 2024 season, the Bikini thus asserts itself as a restaurant, where the setting, more than ever taste, and sustainability, meet to offer a unique experience, for lunch and dinner. On the menu, chef Sylvain Roucayrol is still inspired by the Mediterranean, offering a sharing menu composed of small Italian, Provençal, Greek and Corsican dishes.
The rest of the decor, still designed and orchestrated by Marion Mailaender, is in the same responsible spirit with turquoise tables and armchairs recovered from an old beach hut.
