An eco-responsible approach
The Coureilles vegetable garden restaurant shares the desire to reconnect with nature and people, healthy and environmentally friendly food, beneficial for biodiversity, protecting the soil, preserving water resources, less polluting and less energy-intensive. The chef, Martin Bolaers, has taken the committed decision to cook exclusively products from our region, in a short circuit. The production of flowers that decorate the restaurant is located 300m from the establishment.
